Time Required: 60 minutes

Focus: Lower body strength

  • 5 x 4 front squats @ 50×1 –> moderate loading
  • 6 x 6 deficit deadlifts @ 75% –> all front dead stop
  • Core: 5 x 15 GHDSU, 5 x 15 hip extensions

ADVANCED

4 Rounds for Time:

20 kettle bell snatches (10 each side) @ 53/35 lbs.
30 weighted box step overs @ 53/35 lbs. (one kettle bell in each hand)
40 air squats
