Sorry for the lack of workouts the last few days. I’ve been completely knocked out by a little virus and sleeping about 18 hours per day for the last 5 days. Until I get back into fighting shape, I am going to give you some workouts that I have been planning on hitting, but unfortunately haven’t been able to. Hope to be back up and running later this week.

100 power cleans @ 135/95 lbs.
Every 2:00, stop and run 400m.
*Start with a 400m run.
