NOTE FROM MIKE
Some solid strength work coming down the line today. We will be putting a big focus on proper movement and taking a step back from the intense conditioning for this session. Take your time to get in a good warm up and move some weight today. This will be a nice switch up from the work we have done earlier this week. Have some fun with the clean complex and build that power.

MIKE’S WORKOUT
Time Required: 60 – 75 minutes

Focus: Lower body strength

  • 3RNFT
    • 3 Turkish get ups each side
    • 8 barbell good mornings
  • Build to a heavy set of the complex for the day:
    • 1 power clean + 1 high hang power clean + 1 low hang power clean + 1 power clean
  • 4 x 10 back squats (no pause at top or bottom) –> build to a moderate for the day
  • 5 continuous rounds:
    • 50′ barbell OH lunge walk
    • 15 toes to bar
