Just got back from Ann Arbor, so needed to put in some serious power work before starting a new week. Since power is the main focus of this session, we are actually starting with some max effort sprint work. If you do it correctly, it may be enough for your entire session. Scale to a weight for the power cleans so that they are all singles. Go get some.

    • 15/12 calorie bike sprint + 3 power cleans @ 225/155 lbs. + MAX goblet squats @ 70/53 lbs.
      • Score is goblet squats per round
  • 5RNFT
    • 6 Romanian deadlifts @ 52×0
    • 42 body weight walking lunges
  • Core: 2 x 25 hanging knee raises, 2 x 20 hollow rocks, 2 x 20 sit ups
