  • 12′ EMOM – 5 bench press + 5 strict chin ups –> moderate weight that you won’t fail, but will be difficult in later round

    • 8 alt. dumbbell bicep curls each arm
    • 6 seated double dumbbell strict press @ 20×1
  • 4RNFT
    • 10 behind the neck snatch grip strict press
    • :40 handstand hold
