NOTE FROM MIKE
Take about 15-20 minutes to warm up your power clean and power snatch to your working weights for the workout. The triples should be heavy enough that you cannot complete the reps touch and go, but they do not take longer than 40 seconds to complete all 3 reps.  Piece of cake.
