Back at it again, gang. The recipe for success today is to grind hard. Find some stairs, a hill, a stadium, or use a treadmill on high incline and get to work. We are looking at somewhere between 30 and 40 second max effort ascents and light jogging descents. If you have a weight vest, toss it on. Alternating between each sprint, you will be completing either 10 push ups or 20 body weight squats. Keep the body weight reps unbroken. Let’s make it happen!
