It’s always good to check back in with some monostructural work. Today we will be completing 45 minutes total on the Assault bike. Every 3 minutes, you will increase your RPMs and watt output. Every successive piece, you must accumulate more calories than the prior piece. If you aren’t feeling great, start on the slower side and only get incrementally faster. If you are feeling good, ride the line for the entirety of this workout and still go faster. Ride on.
