NOTE FROM MIKE
Welcome back team. Haven’t had much sleep in a few days with all the travel, so today we are keeping it body weight only. Use a track, use a treadmill, use your sidewalk like me and find some space to keep running with squats and push ups between running intervals. Try and keep your splits per round as even as possible across all 8 rounds. Shake it out when you need to. The volume of push ups will start to mount up, so be smart about how you break them up and never go to failure. Let’s get this week rocking and rolling.
