NOTE FROM MIKE
Over the course of the next two days, we are going to be completing all four workouts for week one of the CrossFit Team Series. We will be completing two workouts per day. Sara and I are teaming up, which is great for me because if we’re on a team, there’s no way she can beat me. There are scaled versions of each workout on the site. If you are looking for a quick competition, just grab a friend and hop into the game. Do these workouts in any order you want. Just bring a friend and have some fun with it!

Time Required: 75 minutes

PERFORMANCE

Team Series Workout 2

For time:
120 double-unders, each, relay
120 chest-to-bar pull-ups, total, in sets of 15
120 hang power snatches, total, in sets of 15
120 double-unders, each, relay

Men @ 95 lbs./Women @ 65 lbs.

Take a good amount of rest.

Team Series Workout 3

For time:
50 synchronized wall-ball shots @ 20/14 lbs.
30 cleans, 135 lb./95 lb.
50 synchronized wall-ball shots @ 20/14 lbs.
20 cleans, 185 lb./135 lb.
50 synchronized wall-ball shots @ 20/14 lbs.
10 cleans, 225 lb./155 lb.

Each partner must complete at least one rep at each clean weight.
