NOTE FROM MIKE
We’ve got a fun one today to get us over the hump! Double unders, running, squat cleans, and toes to bar…all for time. The key to this workout is to even split each round and empty the tank in the final round. The squat cleans are going to be what burn the deepest, so have a strategy for attacking these for 6 rounds. If you need to break them up, be quick on the rest and get back to the bar. Today is a good day.
