No finisher today to let you recover and enjoy a solid strength session before ramping up to perform this weekend. Enjoy!

Focus: Upper body strength

  • 6RNFT
    • 3 BB bench press @ 80-83%
    • 10-12 strict chin ups
  • 4 x 10 seated DB/KB strict press (seated on the ground, core engaged)
  • 12, 10,8, 6, 6 alt. DB bicep curls superset w/ 12, 10, 8, 6, 6 DB skull crushers
  • 5 x 5 hand release push ups + wall walk w/ :25 hold
  • Core: 3RNFT – 10 hollow rocks + 10 V Ups + 10 V tucks + :10 hollow hold
